    The Fall Watering Schedule, which limits landscape irrigation to three assigned days per week, remains in effect Sept 1 – Oct 31. Sunday is not an optional watering day during the fall.

    The Department of Utility Services (DUS) received accreditation from the American Public Works Association (APWA), effective June 28, 2019. DUS became the first Utilities-only agency in the state to receive accreditation

  • BillOnline Email Notification - Effective Sunday, October 4, 2020, emails from BillOnline will be sent from City of Henderson Customer Service via Check your Junk/Spam mailbox if your next monthly City of Henderson Water & Sewer bill is not received as expected. An email notifying current and former customers of this change was sent on Oct. 1, 2020. Former customers may disregard the notification.
  • Utility Assistance - If you are affected by COVID-19 due to illness or layoff, we are here to help. Our Utility Services Department is suspending shutoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be proactive. If you foresee you will have a difficult time making payments, contact a Customer Service Representative at 702-267-5900 to talk through your options.
