Adaptive Splash
This class is designed to familiarize participants with
special needs in the water. Beginner and advanced
levels are available to build confidence in and
around the water and improve swimming skills. For
additional information, including a lesson schedule,
please visit the Aquatics pages in this issue of
Henderson Happenings.
Adaptive Fitness
Our fitness class includes a variety of stretches,
walking, low-impact exercises, and a cool down.
It is designed for those with cognitive and physical
disabilities and is tailored to meet individualized

EVENTS
Glittering Lights Tour
Join us for a ride though the grand holiday lights
display at the Las Vegas Speedway. We will
enjoy holiday music as we see all the sites. Bring
hot chocolate or money to purchase snacks at
the entrance if you wish. Parents may register
and attend but are not required.. Admission and
transportation are included. Register by Nov. 19.

Holiday Shopping
Join us for our annual holiday shopping trip.
This year we head to Galleria at Sunset to
help participants get their holiday shopping
done and enjoy lunch at the food court with
friends. Please send money and a list of items to
purchase. Lunch is included. Participants will be
contacted with menu options after registration.
