Henderson Municipal Court

As part of our goal to make resolution and payment of outstanding traffic citations and fines as convenient as possible for our citizens, the Henderson Municipal Court has partnered with a service provider to offer payment of certain fines and/or fees over the internet. Please be aware that not all Henderson Municipal Court cases are eligible for online payment.

EXISTING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT OR WORK PROGRAM

• I have already been fined by the Court and given time payments or a due in full date.
• I am already on the Work Program and want to make a payment on my balance.

NEW TRAFFIC OR PARKING CITATION

I have NOT been to court on this citation yet; and, I want to enter a plea and pay online:

• Enter a plea and pay a new Traffic Citation.
• Enter a plea and pay a new Parking Citation.

WARRANT: Failure to Pay or Failure to Appear/Traffic

• Pay Active Warrant. (NOTE - Online payments are processed THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. If the defendant is presently in custody, please contact the Henderson Municipal Court or Henderson Detention Center.)

A $25 SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS AND MAY RESULT IN A WARRANT ISSUED FOR THE DEFENDANT.
