The Mayor and Council have made it a priority to meet with residents to discuss their vision for the community and receive feedback about what we are doing well and what we can improve on. They feel one of the best ways to do this is to hold meetings outside of City Hall with constituents in or near their neighborhoods.
The Council members will host four of these community meetings annually, called “Council Conversations.” A quarterly meeting will be held in one of the four wards and will be hosted by the Council member of the ward in lieu of the standard March On for the month.
Council Conversations will provide residents the opportunity to meet and discuss local issues with their council representative in a comfortable and casual environment. This event is designed to encourage open dialogue between neighbors and city leaders and for constituents to ask questions that about the city of Henderson.
