Address & Directions

The Henderson Pavilion is located at 200 S. Green Valley Pkwy., at the intersection of Green Valley Parkway and Paseo Verde Parkway, across from The District at Green Valley Ranch. Visit us online for directions. The box office has been relocated inside of the Henderson Multigenerational Center at 250 S. Green Valley Pkwy. 


An ATM machine is often, but not always, available at the Pavilion. It depends on the performance.


Informal attire and comfortable footwear are appropriate. You may wish to dress according to the weather.

Camera & Recording Devices

Flash photography and recording devices of any kind are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

All performances continue as scheduled, rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be made in the case of inclement weather.

Cell Phones

Cell phones are allowed, but we ask you to keep them silent during the performance. Be courteous to others and leave the area to accept calls.

Concessions may be available onsite, depending on the performance. Also, depending on the performance, alcohol may be served at concessions for ages 21+ with a valid driver's license.

Food & Beverage

Depending on the event, alcohol may be served at concessions for patrons ages 21+ with a valid driver's license. Outside food, sealed non-alcoholic beverages, and coolers are permitted. Outside alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. 

General Admission

All tickets are assigned seating and are sold on a first come, first served basis. Lawn seating may be available for certain shows. An interactive seating chart provides a photographic view from your seat location.

Lawn Chairs Policy

Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted, so long as they do not obstruct another person's view. Staking into lawn is not permitted.

Lost & Found

Lost & found is located at the Henderson Pavilion Box Office.


Complimentary parking is available adjacent to the Pavilion. Nearly 40 spaces are designated for handicap parking. Shuttle services will be provided for large events only. Further details regarding parking are available.

Permitted Items

Bags are permitted and are subject to search at any time. For safety reasons, glass, bottles, weapons, laser pointers, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, strollers, illegal drugs, outside  alcohol, pets, recording devices, cameras (including flash photography), umbrellas, pop-up tents, tables, and any items deemed inappropriate by management are not allowed. All persons and bags are subject to search at any time.


Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome.


Re-entry is not allowed at ticketed events.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Gates typically open one hour prior to the performance.


The Henderson Pavilion is a non-smoking facility. Smoking and tobacco use of any kind, including, but not limited to, the use of electronic or vaporized smoking devices, is only permitted outside the gates or in the designated area on the lawn.

Tickets may be purchased online, by phone at 702-267-4TIX (4849), or in person at the Box Office. For handicap accessible seating, please call the Henderson Pavilion Box Office for purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash.

Tickets are required for all children ages 3+. Children 2 and under may enter as a lap child and do not require tickets.

If you purchased your tickets online and you do not have a printer to print your E-Tickets, please visit the Henderson Multigenerational Center, during business hours or the Henderson Pavilion box office day of show, with your photo ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets and an attendant will provide you with your tickets.

If you purchased your tickets over the phone, you can either have the tickets emailed to you via E-Tickets or you can have them made available for pick up at Will Call during Henderson Multigenerational Center box office hours and Henderson Pavilion box office hours the day of show. You must present a photo ID and credit card used to purchase your tickets.

If you have lost or misplaced your tickets, visit the Henderson Multigenerational Center with your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets. If you purchased tickets with cash, a photo ID must be presented.

The Henderson Pavilion is an outdoor concert venue.

Wheelchair Access

The Pavilion is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There are 25 handicap seats available, along with elevators and ramps for easy access. Please call the Henderson Pavilion Box Office at 702-267-4TIX (4849) to purchase ADA accessible seating. Ushers are always available for assistance. The City of Henderson supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Advanced notice may be necessary to ensure that appropriate accommodations will be provided. Will Call

Will Call is located at the Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Pkwy. Tickets may be picked up during Henderson Multigenerational Center box office hours of operation or at the Henderson Pavilion day of show during box office hours. Present a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
