Program Benefits

• Waives the monthly basic water and sewer service charge.

Eligibility Requirements

• The primary account holder must be a resident of Henderson, Nevada.
• The primary account holder must be currently enrolled in the Nevada Energy Assistance Program (EAP).
• Participants must requalify annually by submitting proof of EAP enrollment.

Qualification guidelines for EAP are established by the Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services. Additional information about eligibility and the application process is available through the Nevada Energy Assistance Program.

How to Apply

• Visit the Customer Portal.
• Registered users can log in and select Online Forms from the left-hand menu.
• Customers without a registered portal account may access Online Forms directly from the Customer Portal homepage.
• Submit your application along with a copy of your current EAP award letter.

This program assists customers who are permanently disabled.

Eligibility Requirements

• The primary account holder must be permanently disabled.
• The utility account must serve the applicant's primary residence located in Henderson, Nevada.

How to Apply

• Customers without a registered portal account may access Online Forms directly from the Customer Portal homepage.
• Submit your application along with proof of permanent disability, such as:
• Social Security Disability Benefit Verification Letter
• VA Disability Rating Letter
• PERS Disability Letter
• Other government agency documentation confirming permanent disability

This program assists customers whose sole income is received once each month.

Program Benefits

• Provides approved customers with an additional seven (7) days to pay their utility bill before a late fee is assessed, extending the payment period from the standard 21 days to 28 days from the billing date.

Eligibility Requirements

• The primary account holder must receive their sole source of income once per month.
• Customers who receive income more frequently are not eligible for this program.

• Submit your application along with proof of monthly income, such as:
