The deadline for the City to receive responses to this Notice was 5:00 pm Pacific time on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. City staff used the responses received by the deadline to prepare a Business Impact Statement that was presented to the Henderson City Council at its April 19, 2022 regular meeting. City Council approved the changes to potable water tier thresholds and raw and reclaimed water rates at its May 3, 2022 regular meeting through agenda item no. 56.
