The deadline for the City to receive comments in response to the notice published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and notices emailed by the City was 5:00 pm Pacific time on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. City staff used the responses received by the deadline to prepare a Business Impact Statement that was presented to the Henderson City Council at its August 19, 2025 regular meeting. City Council approved the changes to system development charges and non-residential rates at its September 2, 2025 regular meeting through agenda item no. 27. Agenda materials are available via Henderson Agenda Online portal at https://henderson.hylandcloud.com/231agendaonline.
