Eastside is Henderson’s fourth redevelopment area. Eastside encompasses more than 4,900 acres and includes the Pittman and Valley View neighborhoods; the Sunset Industrial Corridor; Galleria at Sunset; and Landwell’s 2,200 acre master-planned community, Cadence. Following numerous community meetings with area residents, the Agency’s plans include addressing the resident’s concerns in the areas of safety, home improvement, services and amenities, and infrastructure improvement along Boulder Highway and throughout the area.
