This former gravel mine is being transformed into an approximately 100-acre detention basin, park, lake and recreational facility that now homes a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Starbucks, Farmer Boys, Del Taco, Tire Works, and additional commercial, residential and medical developments. Residential Developers such as DR Horton, Richmond American, KB Homes and the Wolff Company to name a few have provided 2,125 residential units in the Cornerstone area.
