Lobby Hours
Daily 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
The lobby is closed from 12:00pm - 1:00pm daily.
Release Times
- 3:00am
- 10:00am
- 9:00pm
Please wait in the parking lot east of the lobby at 18 East Basic. Release times are approximate and usually occur within an hour of the scheduled time.
Prepaid Phone
You may set up a prepaid account thru Securus at 1-800-844-6591 or sign up on the Securus website.
Inmates may also purchase calling cards through their commissary account.
Property / Vehicle Release
Available anytime for Henderson inmates. Outside of lobby hours, please ring the buzzer at the walk up window on the west side of the lobby.
US Marshal, Boulder City, Clark County, and Paiute inmates need to check with those jurisdictions.
On-Site Visitation
Wednesday thru Sunday 8am - 11am and 1pm - 4pm
- Two (2) onsite visits per week.
- 20 minutes per visit.
- Appointments are required.
- Please bring valid, government-issued identification.
Additional Notes
Please note that if an inmate is scheduled for a court appearance during any part of the visitation session, they will not be available for a visit until the next visitation session begins.
In order to ensure a safe and secure environment, please be aware that the only personal items you may take beyond the lobby desk are a wallet, keys, and I.D. We are not able to store these items for you.
Children may not be left unsupervised.
Cell phones, purses, backpacks, food and drink are not allowed in the lobby.
Dress Code
Proper attire, including tops and bottoms, must be worn at all times.
- Shirts and blouses must be able to be tucked in.
- Spaghetti straps, tank tops, tube tops and sleeveless shirts are NOT permitted.
- Short shorts and miniskirts are NOT permitted.
- Underwear must be completely concealed at all times.
- Swimwear, sleepwear, see-through clothing or revealing clothing is NOT permitted.
- Profane, sexually explicit, or derogatory language on clothing is NOT permitted.
- No head coverings allowed except for religious or medical purposes.
- Sunglasses must be removed.
Failure to follow the directions of staff or to comply with the above requirements could result in the termination of your visit and loss of future visiting privileges.
