Fields for tournaments are allocated annually for events occurring January–December. Tournament Field Allocation Request Forms may be submitted beginning the first Monday in June. 

Leagues operated by Recognized Community Sports Organizations are allocated fields twice per year.

Spring/Summer Season (February–June)

Forms may be submitted starting the first Monday in August

Fall/Winter Season (September–January)

Forms may be submitted starting the first Monday in April

Traditional sports are prioritized over shoulder-season activities.

Club teams may request fields month-to-month. These reservations are first-come, first-served and based on field availability.

Requests must be emailed to COHFieldReservations@cityofhenderson.com.

Club Reservation Request Timeline

• Requests open on the 1st day of the preceding month
  Example: May practice requests may be submitted starting April 1.
• Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance
• Emails sent on weekends will be processed Monday at 8:00 AM

Standing, multi-month, or early submissions will not be processed.

Shoulder Season is a timeframe during winter and summer with limited field use due to more extreme temperatures and a higher chance of turf damage. These periods typically fall outside of traditional league play dates. Field availability is limited during the following shoulder periods:

• Third Monday in December – Thursday before Presidents Day
• July 1 – Thursday before Labor Day

Programming, maintenance, and turf recovery take priority.

• Certificate of Liability Insurance
• $1,000,000 liability coverage per occurrence
• $300,000 liability coversage in damanges
• $10,000 liability in medical expenses
