Overview of the Field Allocation Process

The Field Allocation Office coordinates the use of all City of Henderson athletic fields and courts for:

  • Tournaments & large-scale sporting events
  • Leagues (Recognized Community Sports Organizations)
  • Club teams & short-term rentals
  • Limited drop-in reservations and community use

Allocations follow a structured process to ensure fair access, compliance, and proper facility management.

  • Teams must use only the fields listed on their permit
  • Field availability may change due to City programs, tournaments, or maintenance
  • Confirmations, cancellations, and updates must be submitted via email
  • Weather closures are determined by the City by 2:00 PM
