NRS 697.270 Registration of Bail Agents

…"The bail agent shall register and file a certified copy of renewed power of attorney annually on July 1."

Required packet contents to be submitted in this order:

• Name of bonding company with physical/mailing address, email address, primary contact, telephone number and fax number
  • Bonding Company Information Sheet
• A "Qualifying Power of Attorney" document for each company and authorized agent per insurance company.
• Photocopy of payment receipt to District Court.
• Photocopy of Nevada License Certification from the Division of Insurance.
• Photocopy of City of Henderson business license.

Please present your completed packet to the Henderson Municipal Court customer service windows. The clerk will review your packet for completeness and file stamp upon receipt. The Henderson Detention Center posting list will be updated by the court clerk and sent to the Henderson Detention Center by close of business.
