Municipal Court

The Henderson Municipal Court processes traffic and misdemeanor cases originating within the City of Henderson, including DUI and Domestic Battery cases. All court appearance dates are pre-scheduled and will be indicated on your release paperwork if you were arrested or at the bottom of your citation.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS IMPERSONATING THE COURT!
The Henderson Municipal Court will never demand payment or personal information over the phone or via text messages. When in doubt, call the Court directly.

Attention Visitors: during events, Water Street may experience temporary closures between Basic Rd and Atlantic Ave. Visitors can access the Water Street garage from Texas Ave.

Court Rules
On December 1, 2022, the Henderson Municipal Court issued Administrative Order 22-01 adopting local rules of practice related to traffic citations. These rules become effective January 1, 2023.
