With 1,386 home sales in the first half of 2024, marking an impressive 44% increase over the previous year, Cadence’s success highlights its growing appeal as a premier place to live. This recognition is part of RCLCO’s annual survey, which, for the past 31 years, has tracked high-performing master-planned communities across the country to identify the top sellers in each state.

Located within our Eastside Redevelopment Area, which encompasses over 4,900 acres and includes the Pittman and Valley View neighborhoods, the Sunset Industrial Corridor, Galleria at Sunset, and the surrounding area, Cadence benefits from ongoing revitalization efforts led by the City. Through the East Henderson Investment Strategy, the Community Development and Services Department and the Redevelopment Agency are working together to implement goals set forth by the Southern Nevada Strong Regional Plan and the Henderson Strong Comprehensive Plan.
