The new fee schedule took effect October 1, 2025, helping ensure the DSC continues operating efficiently and sustainably. While not all fees increased, the changes were necessary to support long-term fiscal health and service reliability. Going forward, fees will be reviewed annually and adjusted using a regional Consumer Price Index (CPI) to help avoid the need for larger increases in the future.
