The City of Henderson is committed to providing meaningful access to City programs, services, and activities for all residents and visitors, including individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP).

Language should never be a barrier to accessing City services. In accordance with Nevada Assembly Bill 266 (AB 266) and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the City provides language assistance at no cost to the public.

The City’s Language Access Plan helps ensure that individuals who speak languages other than English can communicate effectively with City staff and access important information and services.
