DSC Fee Schedule Updates 

For the first time in 20 years, we are updating the Development Services Center (DSC) fee schedule to reflect the true cost of providing high-quality, timely services to our community. A recent cost-of-services study showed that current fees are no longer sufficient to cover operating costs, creating a funding gap that must be addressed to maintain performance and service levels.

The new fee schedule will take effect October 1, 2025 helping ensure the DSC continues operating efficiently and sustainably. While not all fees will increase, the changes are necessary to support long-term fiscal health and service reliability.

What You Can Do in DSC Online

Using our customer portal, DSC Online, you are able to do the following: 

• Pay Permit Fees / Invoices
• Search / View Public Information
• View Permit / Plan Review Status
• View the name of your plan reviewer(s)
• Apply for Building and Fire Permits or Plans
• Submit corrected or revised files
• View / download related documents such as permits, plan review correction letters, special inspection agreements, certificates, conditions of approval, etc. 
• Register as a QAA
• Register as a Subcontractor
• View the list of standard inspections for your permit
• Schedule Building and Fire Inspections
• View inspection results
• Update your contact information and manage your contacts / favorites
