The 2021 editions of the building and fire code were adopted for use on all permits, effective
March 23, 2023.  The 2018 editions of the residential, mechanical, plumbing, energy, and pool codes, as well as the 2017 edition of the electrical code were adopted for use on all permits, effective
February 04, 2019.

2021 Code Amendments

The residential code remains the 2018 IRC as amended. See the Henderson Municipal Code HMC Section 15.09 for specific information.
