31 S. WATER STREET
31 S. Water Street is a five-story, 40,000-square-foot mixed-use building
that will soon be home to twenty-four residential apartment units,
sixteen one-bedroom flats, and eight lofts with 10,000 square feet of
restaurant and brewery space on the ground level.
37 S. WATER STREET
Formerly the Townhouse Motor Lodge, 37 S. Water Street is another
mixed-use space with plans to have the Downtown Barber Shop,
Downtown Tattoo, Vintage Queen and the Sound Food Group call this
space home. Construction has already commenced on this renovation
project and is expected to be complete in 2020.
Bella Pointe is an approved mixed-use project on Water Street at
Victory Road that will have 40,000 square feet of commercial and retail
space, 100 residential apartments and a rooftop bar. Bella Pointe is
anticipated to break ground in the first quarter of 2020 and will bring
several new restaurants to the Water Street District.
CADENCE/WATER STREET EXTENSION
The Cadence master-planned community is located in the City’s
Eastside Redevelopment Area in close proximity to the Water Street
District. At build-out, Cadence will boast 13,000+ residential units, over
one million square feet of commercial and retail units, and 450 acres of
open space. Construction is thriving in the master-planned community,
currently in its first phase, and they are on track to have 1,750 families
living in the community by the end of 2019. The City of Henderson
has partnered with the developer of Cadence to extend Water Street
through Boulder Highway into the master-planned community,
connecting Cadence residents with the Downtown core.
