The November 8th, 2020 Homicide has been ruled a Murder-Suicide.

It has been determined the involved 42-year-old male shot his 34-year-old former spouse, killing her, fired multiple rounds inside the residence striking and injuring his former brother-in-law, and then turned the gun on himself.  All three were residing together at the time of this incident.

The name of the decedents will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office pending notification of the next of kin.

This investigation is now considered as the twelfth homicide for the City of Henderson for 2020.

Henderson Police Investigating Domestic Incident Resulting in Homicide


Henderson, Nev. – On November 8th, 2020 at approximately 2:35 A.M., the City of Henderson Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the 3000 block of W. Warm Springs Road to an unknown problem, where “banging and yelling” could be heard in the background by the Call Taker.

Officers arrived on scene to discover a 42-year-old male and a 34-year old female deceased and a 36-year-old male injured, all with apparent gunshot wounds.

The 36-year-old male was transported to an area hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Preliminary investigation indicates the subjects are involved in a domestic relationship where an argument ensued between parties just prior to gunshots being fired.

As this is still an active and open investigation, no further details will be provided at this time.

The name of the decedents will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office pending notification of the next of kin.

This is being investigated as the twelfth and thirteenth homicide for the City of Henderson for 2020.
