City of Henderson Temporarily Allows Package Liquor Delivery

Henderson, Nev. – Due to the ongoing closure to the public of package liquor store establishments, the City of Henderson will temporarily allow the delivery of alcohol to residences located in Henderson.

As of 5 p.m. on April 7 until the declared end of the closure of non-essential businesses or for the next 30 days, whichever occurs first, any commercial establishment holding a full liquor off-sale, brew pub, winery or craft distillery license through the City of Henderson may deliver alcoholic beverages to Henderson residences. Curbside pick up is not allowed under this permit.

Delivery orders must be placed by phone or internet and the establishment must remain closed to the public. The business owner or employee delivering the liquor and the person accepting delivery must be at least 21 years old. Delivery by a third-party service is not allowed.

There are no fees for the time limited permit for package liquor delivery. Commercial establishments choosing to deliver alcohol to residences must email the City of Henderson Business Operations Division at FILicensedivision@cityofhenderson.com. The email must include the business name and address, current City of Henderson business license number and the contact phone number for the owner or key employee.
