Parks and Recreation Department To Offer On-Site Interviews and Potential On-The-Spot Job Offers

HENDERSON, Nev. (Feb. 23, 2026) — Want to have fun and get paid this summer? The City of Henderson is hosting Summer Hiring Fair events to fill several part-time positions for pools and summer camps!

Henderson is looking to hire lifeguards, aquatic safety instructors, senior recreation assistant and recreation assistants. Perks include flexible scheduling, competitive pay, on-the-job training, career growth opportunities within the City, an inclusive environment and more.

Summer Hiring Fair events will be held on the following dates:

• March 7 | 8 a.m. ­­­– 2 p.m. | Black Mountain Recreation Center
• March 14 | 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. | Whitney Ranch Recreation Center
• March 28 | 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. | Henderson Multigenerational Center

Applicants must be at least 16 years old with a valid photo ID. On-site interviews will be available with potential on-the-spot job offers. Applicants are encouraged to apply online before attending the hiring events.
