HENDERSON, Nev. (Sept. 8, 2025) – The City of Henderson launched an upgraded customer website for water and sewer services, offering a more user-friendly experience and expanded self-service options.
The new portal includes features designed to make account management easier and more efficient, such as:
- Additional payment options like pay-by-text
- Improved self-service tools for move-ins, move-outs, and account transfers
- Live customer service specialist chats
- Personalized account & usage notifications: choose email, call, or text
- Tailored recommendations for lowering consumption and monthly bills
- Enhanced landlord portal to manage rental properties in one place
The new website can be accessed at mywateraccount.cityofhenderson.com.
All users will be required to reset their account passwords when they log in.
