HENDERSON, Nev. (July 24, 2025) — The Henderson Police Department concluded its 10th campaign under the current Joining Forces Program. 
During the enforcement initiative that ran from July 1, 2025, through July 20, 2025, Henderson Police stopped a total of 569 motorists.

Of the 569 traffic stops, motorists were issued 388 speeding citations,12 distracted driving violations, seven intersection violations, and 50 citations issued for other traffic related offenses. 

The Henderson Police Department received $179,000 in federal funding for the enhanced enforcement initiatives through the Nevada Department of Public Safety – Office of Traffic Safety for the 2025 Joining Forces program.
