The City of Henderson Strategic Plan covers a four-year planning horizon, defining us and listing concrete actions designed to achieve goals that will drive the organizational Vision and Mission. The plan helps identify and prioritize efforts, effectively allocate resources, leverage collaborative support avenues, align shareholders and staff with the organization’s goals, and make data-driven decisions. • The City’s Open Data Portal contains the current status of strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).

• City of Henderson Financial Reports includes the annual budget, Comprehensive Annual Budget Report (CABR), and other financial statements.

• Community and Business Survey results provide feedback that inform the Strategic Plan operational approaches.
