About Blooming Cactus Park

We celebrated the grand opening of our 74th park, Blooming Cactus Park on January 16, 2025. The 7-acre park was developed by Landwell Company and is the third park located in the Cadence community.

Blooming Cactus Park amenities include a first of its kind in Henderson Ninja Warrior style fitness course, large grass area suitable for picnicking, sunbathing, and all manner of impromptu pick-up games, pickleball/tennis courts, basketball courts, a unique, urban style vertical play structure suitable for all ages, and picnic pavilions.
