Golden: A K-Pop Kids Party at the Plaza
Get ready to shine at Golden: A K-Pop Kids Party on the Plaza! Join us Friday, May 22 at 7pm for a high-energy, family-friendly dance party designed for kids and families to move, play and celebrate together.
Dance along to remixes of favorite movie soundtracks, K-pop hits and iconic pop anthems all evening long. Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed up and ready to join the fun. Presented by The Kawaii Rave in collaboration with VNK Entertainment.

Free Parking
Free parking is available at two convenient parking garages.
- The Water Street Parking Garage is located at 235 S. Water St. directly across from Water Street Plaza. Visitors can enter from Texas Avenue.
- The City Hall Parking Garage is also available with access from Basic Road.
Please Note: Water Street will be closed to traffic from Basic Road to Atlantic Avenue on Friday, May 22, 5am-10pm.
Parks & Rec Ballot Question—Just the Facts
In the 2026 Primary Election, Henderson residents will vote on renewing the existing property tax that supports parks, recreation programs and community services.
Your “yes” vote renews funding that covers about 40% of the Parks and Recreation Department’s budget—your 12 cents per $100 of assessed value stays in Henderson to fund local parks and recreation.
Voting "no" redirects more of your dollars out of Henderson—impacting the future of our Parks and Recreation services and amenities.
