Get ready to take part in the City Nature Challenge by joining our virtual information session on Thursday, April 16 at 4pm. This session is designed to help you feel confident and prepared to participate—whether you plan to attend the in-person community bioblitz or contribute on your own.
Learn how to use the iNaturalist app to document plants and wildlife, submit observations and be part of a global effort to better understand and protect our natural environment.
Learn More About the City Nature Challenge
The City Nature Challenge is a global event that invites people to document urban biodiversity. Observations collected through the iNaturalist app help scientists better understand local ecosystems and support conservation efforts worldwide.
Join us for a community bioblitz on Friday, April 24 at 8:30am at Arroyo Grande Sports Complex and Cornerstone Park, where participants will explore the Pitman Wash Trail and record observations as a group.
