Disability Discount
The Disability Discount waives the basic service charges for your water and sewer services, for a total savings of $15.29 per month. To be eligible for the discount, you must be permanently disabled and your primary residence must be located in Henderson, Nevada. You must be the responsible party on your utility bill and be able to provide a doctor's statement that you are totally and permanently disabled. You may fax the doctor's statement to (702) 267-5901.

Senior Citizen Discount
The Senior Citizen Discount waives the monthly basic water and sewer service charge. To qualify, the Senior must be a resident of Henderson, the responsible party of the utility bill, be a minimum of sixty-two (62) years of age and submit a qualified application for the Federal Energy Assistance Program through Hopelink.
