Redevelopment

Lakemoor Canyon Redevelopment Area

Adoption of the Lakemoor Canyon Redevelopment Area occurred in January 2009. The area encompasses the former Three Kids Mine and totals approximately 1,259 acres. Lakemoor Canyon is a former Open Pit Mine that is located on Located on Lake Mead Pkwy; approximately five (5) miles northeast of the City’s downtown.
