The Pinnacle
The Pinnacle, developed by VLP Investments, LLC,
is a mixed-use building located at 203 Water Street in Downtown Henderson. The three-story,
12,000-square-foot building features the Water Street Grill a full-service fine dining experience,
on the first floor and state-of-the-art executive office suites on the second and third floors.
The Meridian
The Meridian, located at
the central hub of activity for Downtown at the corner of Water Street and Atlantic Avenue, The Meridian is
a 20,000 square-foot, three-story building designed by MWT OFRA Architecture. This projects embodies a
full mixed-use plan with commercial retail on the first floor, professional office on the second floor,
and residential, market-rate apartments on the third floor.
Water Street South
Water Street South is not only home to Mojo Bean,
but also to the Nevada State College, which houses some
of their classrooms in this beautiful complex, and
Clark County Credit Union,
who not only financed construction of the project, but also occupies much of the first floor. Water Street
South was developed by John Simmons and Ron Hall.
City Towers
City Towers is a mixed-use retail/office, mid-rise project with structured parking that will anchor the
downtown on the southeast corner of Lake Mead Parkway and Water Street. Owens Star has entered into
an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with the Redevelopment Agency for this site. Pre-leasing is
available through Owens Star, LLC.
Other project sites ranging from .48 acres to 4.5 acres are available. These sites are located along Water Street, the cultural heart of the city, that features galleries, murals, artisan and craft boutiques, restaurants, and a new amphitheater.
