Support Services OverviewAdministration provides division management, budget preparation and oversight, City fleet acquisition and maintenance including the registration of vehicles and purchase of fuel, and facilities and custodial maintenance management.
Custodial Maintenance provides custodial services and minor maintenance and repair for City buildings including light bulb replacement, carpet cleaning, floor cleaning and waxing, trash disposal, restroom cleaning, and window washing.
Facilities Maintenance provides maintenance and repair services which include maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems, as well as carpentry, locksmithing, painting, and pest control.
Fleet Maintenance maintains and repairs the City vehicles and equipment including general use automobiles, police, fire and ambulance fleets. Services include equipment modification, preventative maintenance, safety and emission certifications, and repairs.
Street and Flood Maintenance provides maintenance, repair, and street sweeping functions for the City's improved and unimproved alleys, streets, walkways, and drainage facilities.
