Establishes and maintains horizontal and vertical control networks, real-time GPS, construction staking, topographic and boundary surveys, as well as ensuring the subdivision of land conforms to applicable state and local laws. |

Right-of-Way oversees the acquisition and vacation/abandonment of rights-of-way and easements for public streets and highways, trails, municipal utility and drainage facilities. |

|
|
|
Property Management oversees the purchase, sale, and lease of real property for the benefit of the public including the issuance of permits and/or easements to occupy City-owned property. In addition, requests for annexation (expansion of City's corporate limits) are processed. |
