FAST is a department of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada. FAST is one of the first truly integrated Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) organizations in the country. FAST uses all available tools to improve the public's commute throughout Southern Nevada.

Eastern Avenue Rehabilitation Project
The Eastern Avenue Rehabilitation Project extends from St. Rose Parkway to Reunion Drive in Henderson, Nevada, and provides for more than $2 million in traffic signal communications and asphalt upgrades along this major business and residential corridor. The project is funded by the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC).
