Background
Deputy Chief White was born in New York and joined the U.S. Marine Corps.
He was hired by the Henderson Police Department in January 1988.
Law Enforcement History
As a police officer, he served in Patrol and was a field training
officer. He served as a detective for four years until his promotion to sergeant
in 1994. In 1999 he was promoted to lieutenant serving in patrol and community
policing. In 2001 he was appointed to captain serving over the East Area Command
and later was the captain over Investigations. In 2003 he was appointed to
deputy chief and he is currently the Deputy Chief of Operations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Nevada State College, May 2007
- Associate of Arts Degree from the College of Southern Nevada, May 2005
- Graduated the 201st session of the FBI National Police Academy
