Captain Stilson is originally from Orange County, CA. He began his law enforcement career with the Henderson Police Department in 1991.
Law Enforcement History
Captain Stilson was promoted to sergeant in July 1996 and supervised
the Department's Internal Affairs Unit and DARE program among his
assignments. He was promoted to lieutenant in March 2001 and later supervised the Department's
Professional Standards Bureau where he oversaw the reaccreditation process through the Commission
on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). He was promoted
to captain in October 2006 and assigned to the North Patrol Division. He
is currently the captain over Technical Services.
