    • How do I obtain a copy of a police report?
Call the Police Department's records section at (702) 267-4700 and request a copy of a report. A records clerk can determine if a report can be released to the person making the request. If the report is available, the report can normally be picked up the same day. There is a $5 charge for a report.
    • Will the Police Department do fingerprinting for employment or backgrounds?
You must live or work in Henderson. You will need to bring a fingerprint card. Many times the cards are provided by the agency requesting the fingerprints. The charge is $5. If you need the fingerprinting for gaming, the employment packet should include a "Fingerprint Receipt Form." Bring that form and identification. The charge for gaming fingerprinting is $10. If you need fingerprinting for child care employment, you must bring the form provided by the employer, a money order for $51.25 made out to the Nevada Department of Public Safety and identification.
