Pickleball

Pickleball, the sport with a funny name, is an excellent way to stay in shape. It is a tennis-like sport played on a smaller court using a whiffle-type ball. It produces less pounding on the joints and is often favored by tennis players with tennis elbow. Pickleball is available on a drop-in basis at the Downtown Recreation Center from 9:00-11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Beginners are always welcome and balls and paddles are provided. A participant ID card is required.

Paddle Tennis
Paddle tennis is played on a drop-in basis weekdays from 5:00-7:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday at the Henderson Multigenerational Center

Downtown Recreation Center Table Tennis
