Get your camera ready
and help us show off our many miles of trails by entering your work in
our amateur photo contest. There are various categories, and winners
will be selected in each, along with a Best of Show and People's Choice.
Winners will be announced and have their work displayed at the National
Trails Day event on Saturday, Oct. 1.
Entries will be accepted in person
only at
Heritage Park Senior Facility
now through August 20.

Categories
There are ten separate categories for the City of Henderson Trails
Photo Contest theme. Categories A through E may include photos from
any City of Henderson trail listed in the entry requirements. Photos
submitted in Categories F and G must be from the River Mountains
Loop Trail. Any portion of the River Mountains Loop Trail and the
Historic Railroad Trail are acceptable. Photos submitted in Category H
must be from a Southern Nevada Trail. Categories I and J are only open
to Parks and Recreation Department staff members.
