Game rooms may feature air hockey, hoop shoot, pool tables, Foosball, table tennis, board games, non-violent sports video games on big-screen televisions, or seasonal sports video tournaments. Check online or at the front desk for activities.
Our Healthy Henderson program rewards those who achieve their fitness goals through activities, education, screenings, and monitoring.
For use at no cost with a Participant ID card. Fourteen laps around Henderson Multigenerational Center's track is one mile; 12.5 laps at Downtown Recreation Center is one mile.
A Senior Dimensions Benefit
Multi-fitness centers have treadmills, stationary bicycles, stair steps, and resistance weight machines for a total body workout. Open during center hours. Ages 13-15: waiver on file signed by a parent/guardian (and must be present); ages 16 and 17: waiver on file signed by a parent/guardian. Pay as a drop in ($3/day) or purchase a Healthy Henderson membership. Bring a workout towel (rentals at Downtown Recreation Center for $2). Take a virtual tour of our fitness rooms by selecting a recreation center and clicking "360 Virtual Tour."
Participate in various court games, such as volleyball and basketball. Check the online gym calendar or visit the front desk for activity schedules and policies.
This free after-school program provides a safe environment for kids grades K-8. Activities include arts and crafts, sports, movies, and a quiet place to complete homework. Open Rec operates weekdays from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in conjunction with the school district's 9-month calendar. A Participant ID card is required (see below). Check online or at the front desk for monthly schedules.

Show your Participant ID card to enjoy select amenities and participate in free classes. A new card, renewal or replacement is just $5. Get your Participant ID card at any recreation center.
Racquetball Challenge Courts
This activity is social and non-competitive in nature. Participation is $3 per person (bring exact change). Players ages 7-12: signed waiver and a parent on the court; ages 13-17: waiver signed by a parent/guardian on file. Check with the front desk for more information. 6:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday.

Sauna, Locker Room, Shower, Steam Room
Men's/women's/family showers and locker rooms at select recreation centers. Men's/women's saunas and steam rooms (Downtown Recreation Center) and showers (Heritage Park Senior Facility) with valid multi-fitness center membership. Some restrictions may apply. Drop in $3/day.
Senior Dimensions Benefits
The Fit for Life Club is a fitness benefit available to Senior Dimensions members that includes:
Eligible classes and activities have the notation "A Senior Dimensions Benefit." Register at any of our recreation facilities; bring your Senior Dimensions card and a photo ID. Registration is not available online or by mail.
Play volleyball on a racquetball court. Reservations accepted up to 48 hours in advance. Any alteration to equipment and your court may be relinquished without refund. $8/court/hour (bring exact change).
