About Downtown Recreation Center
Downtown Recreation Center is Henderson's best kept secret. Located just down the
street from Henderson City Hall, the center features an indoor walking track,
sauna, and steam room, making it a popular destination for fitness-minded City
employees and residents.
The center's smaller, more intimate size enables staff members to greet
patrons by name and offer one-on-one attention. The facility
also provides a safe and friendly environment for neighborhood children and
teens by hosting planned activities and homework assistance.
