Cool Pool Parties and Pool Rentals
Enjoy your special occasion by reserving a party at Black Mountain Aquatic Complex (BMAC), Henderson Multigenerational Activity Pool (HMAP), Heritage Park Aquatic Complex (HPAC), Whitney Ranch Activity Pool (WRAP), or Whitney Ranch Indoor Pool (WRIP). Pool parties are scheduled during public swim hours for a two-hour time block and include a reserved party area and use of the pool, tables and chairs. A $50 non-refundable deposit (due upon reservation and reflected in the final balance) includes the first 10 guests. There is a $5 cost per guest after the first 10. Swim & Trim punch passes are not accepted for pool parties.
Parties must be scheduled at least one week in advance and are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Other registration policies may apply. A one-week cancellation is required to receive a refund, less a $10 processing charge. During inclement weather or other circumstances, the pools may be closed. The City of Henderson is not responsible for these occurrences. If your party is cancelled due to inclement weather, you have the option of receiving a full refund or rescheduling.
To reserve a party package, please stop by the Henderson Multigenerational Center (for HMAP), Whitney Ranch Indoor Pool (for WRAP and WRIP) or Heritage Park Aquatic Complex (for BMAC, BMI and HPAC). Reservations are not accepted over the phone.

Henderson Multigenerational Activity Pool and Silver Springs Outdoor Swimming Pool
To reserve the Henderson Multigenerational Activity Pool or Silver Springs Outdoor Pool, please call (702) 267-5836 and
leave a message with your name, phone number and requested date. We will confirm
your reservation by phone. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked
to complete a reservation form and submit a non-refundable $50 deposit.
Whitney Ranch Indoor, Activity Pool, and Wells Outdoor Swimming Pool

message with your name, number and requested date. We will confirm your
reservation by phone. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to
complete a reservation form and submit a non-refundable $50 deposit.
Black Mountain Aquatic Complex and BMI Outdoor Pool
To reserve one of these pools, please call (702) 267-2980 and leave a message with your name,
number and requested date. We will confirm your reservation by phone. Once your
reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a reservation form and
submit a non-refundable $50 deposit.
After-Hours Pool Rentals
Seasonal pool reservations will be accepted starting May 1, 2012. Seasonal pool after-hours rentals will be available starting Memorial Day weekend. Please contact us to inquire about pool rental availability.
Rental Requirements
- All facility rentals must be approved by Aquatics staff.
- All facility rentals must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the rental.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all pool rentals.
- Cancellation due to weather or unavoidable circumstances will result in a full refund.
BMI, Silver Springs and Wells
- $220 minimum rental. Includes two hours use of the recreation pool, setup and cleanup.
- The diving pool and wading pool will be billed the cost of the additional staff.
- Each additional hour after two hours will be charged for staff costs.
Henderson Multigenerational, Heritage Park and Whitney Ranch Indoor Pools
- The base rental is $300 minimum plus cost of staff. Includes two hours use, setup and cleanup.
- Each additional hour after two hours will be charged for staff costs.
Black Mountain Aquatic Complex, Multigenerational Activity Pool and Whitney Ranch Activity Pool
- $450 rental. Includes two hours of use, setup, and cleanup with a 1-25 guest capacity. Does NOT include water slides.
- $510 rental. Includes two hours of use, setup, and cleanup with a 1-25 guest capacity. Includes water slides.
- $480 rental. Includes two hours of use, setup, and cleanup with a 26-50 guest capacity. Does NOT include waters slides
- $540 rental. Includes two hours of use, setup, and cleanup with a 26-50 guest capacity. Includes water slides.
- $510 rental. Includes two hours of use, setup, and cleanup with a 51-75 guest capacity. Does NOT include water slides.
- $570 rental. Includes two hours of use, setup, and cleanup with a 51-75 guest capacity. Includes water slides.
- $600 rental. Includes two hours of use, setup, and cleanup. You may have guests up to the pool’s maximum capacity. Includes water slides.
- Each additional hour after two hours will be charged for staff costs.
Lane Rentals
- $12.50 per lane, per hour based on availability
