Free Educational Forum Offers Burglary Prevention Information
HENDERSON, Nev.—The City of Henderson Senior Citizens Advisory Commission is hosting a free educational forum on burglary prevention at
6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 20, at the Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Pkwy. Participation is free and registration is not required.
The forum will be presented by members of the Henderson Police Department, who will offer tips and recommendations to help seniors protect themselves from burglaries, including home burglary prevention and personal safety.
The Henderson Senior Citizens Advisory Commission is comprised of appointed citizen volunteers who make recommendations to the City Council on issues of interest to senior citizens and others. The commission hosts a free educational forum every other month.
