Henderson Parks and Recreation Programs
HENDERSON, Nev. – Registration for most winter/spring 2012 classes, events and programs offered by the City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department begins at 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 3. Patrons may choose from four registration methods: online at cityofhenderson.com/parks; by mail; at the self-serve kiosks located at City Hall, Black Mountain Recreation Center, and Henderson Multigenerational Center; or in person at any recreation center. Many programs fill up quickly, so early registration is recommended.
For a complete listing of the hundreds of classes, events, workshops, and sports programs available, visit Henderson Happenings, the department’s guide to parks and leisure opportunities, at cityofhenderson.com/parks. Henderson Happenings is mailed to all Henderson homes and additional copies are available at City facilities. For additional information, call 267-4000.
The nationally accredited City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department provides premium services through diverse and innovative parks, recreation and natural resource opportunities.
