Professional Swimming Stroke Analysis Improves Performance

HENDERSON, Nev. – Recreational and competitive swimmers can take their aquatic experience to the next level with a professional swimming stroke analysis. Private sessions are available by appointment only from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Aug. 1-30 at Heritage Park Aquatic Complex, 310 S. Racetrack Rd. Options include one 30-minute session for $40 or three 30-minute sessions for $100. Register online at cityofhenderson.com (activity code 316020) or in person at any City of Henderson indoor pool or recreation center. The program is available to swimmers ages 4 and up. It is hosted by the City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department.

A certified U. S. Swimming coach helps individuals with whatever challenges they are facing in the water and designs a personalized program to help them achieve their goals. The program uses drills, technique instruction, training aids and state-of-the-art video analysis to help swimmers improve their technique.
