City of Henderson's Spring Break Kids Zone
Provides Options For Working Parents
HENDERSON, Nev. –No school during Spring Break? No problem. The City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department is accepting registration for its Spring Break Kids Zone youth enrichment program. The program is available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, April 18-22. Participation is $90 per child per week (ages 5-12), with sibling discounts available.
Two locations are available to choose from: Black Mountain Recreation Center, 599 Greenway Rd.; and Whitney Ranch Recreation Center, 1575 Galleria Dr.
Kids Zone provides a safe environment and a variety of supervised activities for kids while their parents work. Games, arts and crafts, sports, and positive peer interaction form the basis of the program. All activities are age-appropriate.
Registration is accepted at any City of Henderson recreation center or online at cityofhenderson.com/parks (activity 515000-16 for Black Mountain, and 515600-16 for Whitney Ranch). Space may be limited.
