Henderson Parks and Recreation Memorial Day Weekend Hours
HENDERSON, Nev. –City of Henderson recreation centers, including Heritage Park Senior Facility, will be open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31. No classes will meet and the Kids Zone/Teen Zone program will be closed. Recreation centers will be open for normal operating hours on all other days. The Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve (2400 B. Moser Dr.) will be open for normal hours of operation on all days, including Memorial Day.
Heritage Park Aquatic Complex (300 S. Racetrack Rd.), Henderson Multigenerational Competition Pool (250 S. Green Valley Pkwy.), and Whitney Ranch Indoor Pool (1575 C Galleria Dr.) will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31. These pools will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 29, and 1:00-5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 30. The Competition Pool will be closed May 30.
Black Mountain Aquatic Complex (599 Greenway Rd.), BMI Outdoor Swimming Pool (105 W. Basic Rd.), Henderson Multigenerational Activity Pool (250 S. Green Valley Pkwy.), Silver Springs Outdoor Swimming Pool (1951 Silver Springs Pkwy.), Wells Outdoor Swimming Pool (1608 Moser Dr.) and Whitney Ranch Activity Pool (1575 C Galleria Dr.) will be open Memorial Day weekend (May 29-31) from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
