How to Participate
There are many ways to
participate in Healthy Henderson.
- Work out in the fitness rooms at the Whitney Ranch, Black Mountain, Valley View and Downtown recreation centers, Henderson Multigenerational Center, or Heritage Park Senior Facility.
- Walk or jog on the indoor tracks at the Downtown Recreation Center and Henderson Multigenerational Center
- Lap swim, exercise or enroll in fun and educational classes at our indoor and outdoor pools
- Enroll in and attend fitness-related Parks and Recreation classes or workshops
- Attend Parks and Recreation classes or workshops
Earning Rewards
Each time you do one of the
above activities, you'll receive one stamp on your Healthy Henderson rewards
card (you'll receive a card when you join). Once the card is full, you can
redeem it for a reward, or you can save it as you work your way toward bigger
rewards. Rewards
cards are valid for two years from the date of issue. Rewards and program rules
are subject to change without notice and rewards are available while supplies
last. Other rules may apply.
