The Commemorative Beautification Commission agenda is prepared prior to each meeting and lists all items to be discussed at the meeting. The CBC meets the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm at City Council Conference Room, City Hall, 240 Water St., 1^st Floor. The CBC meets to nominate for commemoration those individuals who, through exceptional effort, have contributed in a substantial manner to the general betterment of the City and its inhabitants and to develop plans for the beautification of streets, highways, public parks, and other public areas within the limits of the City of Henderson.

CBC agendas are posted at least three working days prior to Commission meetings at the following locations:

City Hall, 240 Water Street , 1^st Floor Lobbies
Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Parkway
Whitney Ranch Recreation Center, 1575 Galleria Drive
Fire Station No. 86, 96 Via Antincendio
